The Boreas
This is a large bowl with a 10.5 inch diameter. It has delicate, thin sides that flare at the rim. It is 3.5 inches deep. The darker wood is Mesquite. The lighter wood is Hard Maple. It is divided in 18 segments or "staves". It is finished with a food safe mineral oil.
